MEET RYLAN
A natural retail and wholesale strategist specializing in beauty and fragrance, Rylan’s experience spans both global luxury houses and independent brands. He has held roles at Tom Ford Beauty and Violet Grey, working closely with product, merchandising, and retail teams and gaining firsthand insight into how brands are positioned, evaluated, and brought to market at the highest level.
Throughout his career, Rylan has also played a key role in helping build and scale cult-favorite brands such as Trudon, Wonder Valley, Facile, and others, supporting their growth through thoughtful assortment strategy, wholesale expansion, and buyer-facing storytelling.
His work is grounded in a clear point of view: that brands perform best when timing is respected, narratives are fully formed, and expansion is approached with discipline rather than urgency.
